- Exact system type will be determined based on the home’s needs and eligibility following an in-home evaluation
Eligibility
- Open to homeowners located within Sila Boston’s service area
- Nominees must own the home where the system will be installed
- The system must be installed in the homeowner’s primary residence
Timeline
- Submission deadline: April 1
- Winner selection: The week prior to installation
- Installation date: Tuesday, April 14

Winner Details & Disclaimers
The selected winner will receive a new heating and cooling system, including equipment and professional installation at no cost, provided by Sila Boston. Prior to installation, Sila technicians will conduct an in-home evaluation to confirm eligibility, determine system requirements, and ensure the home is compatible with the installation.
Installation is scheduled for Tuesday, April 14, and will be documented through photo and video as part of ServiceTitan’s Power the Nation initiative. The selected winner must agree to participate in media coverage, including photography and filming.
This giveaway has no cash value and is non-transferable. Final system selection and installation are subject to home compatibility, permitting requirements, and technical feasibility identified during the in-home inspection. Sila Boston reserves the right to verify eligibility and make the final determination regarding qualification and installation. The winner will be contacted directly and may be publicly announced with permission.
