Employee Referrals

How it works

1. Submit your referral and HR will receive the information and reach out to the referral.
2. After the HR Department and hiring managers conduct interviews and make a hiring decision, we will inform you if we hired your referral.
3. If your referral is hired, you receive a bonus in three increments:
   • $500 upon referral’s start date
   • $500 after 3 months
   • $500 after 6 months
